Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges – only refunds. 

With our return policy, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to return the item(s). If you'd like an item in a different size, style, or colour for example, simply return your original order for a full refund and place a new order with the different items.

If it’s not a fit, you have 30 days to return your unworn items.

Complete the return form that came with your order, pack it in a secure box. If desired, you may re-use your original packaging and send it to:

Make sure to cover up or remove the original delivery barcode on the box. Shipping costs on returns outside The Netherlands are not free, postal charges are on the consumer's behalf.

Once your return order has arrived and has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Once you've dropped off your item or had it collected, you should receive a return receipt. Please keep hold of this as it's your proof of refund.
