How can I return?
1. Include your packing slip/return form with your return: You can find this form on the back of your packing slip with your order.
2. Return the package: Use a shipping service of your choice (for example PostNL or DHL) and keep the proof of shipment. Returns are always at the customer's own risk and cost.
3. Processing time: The processing of your return can take up to 7 working days.

Are the return costs reimbursed?
No, returned items and return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility until they reach the return address (Gabberwear). This also includes customs clearance costs. We don't pay for customs clearance costs or accept items with unpaid customs clearance costs. Please keep a record of your return tracking.
For customers outside of the European Union (EU): Keep in mind that you are responsible for the customs clearance costs, if you consider to return your items to our address due to new outside the European Union (EU) rules.
What are the conditions?
1. Unworn: The items must be unworn and in the same condition (including packaging) as when you received them. Original labels: The original labels must still be attached to the garments.
2. Within 30 days: You have 30 days to return your order from the day you received it.
3. Hygienic fitting: Trying on the items in a hygienic way is of course permitted.
